Business Development/Customer Care Representative:

We are currently seeking two highly talented Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Center. As a Customer Care Representative within the Business Development Center of an automotive industry you are an extension of the marketing department. The BDC is the communication hub for the dealership comprised of trained telephone specialists utilized to generate traffic to our store.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Someone with prior phone experience and working in a high call volume environment
• Prior call center, collections, inside sales or automotive work experience helpful but not required
• Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic who is dedicated to their job
• A team player who works well with others
• Energetic, upbeat and personable attitude, a "people person" with a "smile and dial" approach
• Basic computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with utilizing phone scripts
• Flexible work hours, the position is for a standard 40 hour work week M-F 8:30-5 but available to possibly alternate hours to work some nights and/or Saturdays if needed
