It was my 1st oil change, which was free And less than 5 minutes, the technician stated that I should have a wheel alignment,and wanted $179.99 plus tax. Was very disappointed that he said to me, well there's a lot of potholes in new jersey. No kidding, a poor sales pitch by the 20 something year old kid. At least perform the service and while I'm waiting, state to me that the vehicle could use a wheel alignment, and say we can do it now if that works for me in my schedule.

I have been a customer at Coleman for more than 20 years. When I arrived at Coleman for oil change on Saturday morning, I asked 2 questions: one about the metal sound with break, which I knew it might be due to the metal break pads, and the service adviser said they could check; another was about an air sound from the accelerator pedal when I release, and she declined to answer if it would be concerning or not, and repeatedly told me to bring my car back during the weekday. I was ok with it as I thought she would not want to be responsible for a mechanic’s opinion. After oil change was done and I got back to my car, I found the car was not cleaned nor washed. This was the first time my car was not washed. But I made an excuse for her again that it could be because she didn’t mention about car washing when I checked in. After I drove about 10 miles, one of the tire monitor failed. I checked what was done for the service on that day. And the paper showed the tire rotation and checking tires and tire pressures. All was good. So I reset the monitor, and kept driving, then it failed again after another 10 miles. I called the service manager. After a while, she called me back and left a message, saying ‘it only means the tire pressure might be low, so it is safe to drive.’ Considering not answering my questions in the morning, I was not comfortable with this comment. I called and left another message, but I didn’t hear back. And I canceled my work in NYC as I didn’t want to have any trouble on the turnpike. I called the service again on Monday and left her a message asking to call me back. Later I got a phone call from somebody from the office who was asked by the service manager to schedule an appointment with me. I definitely feel the quality of the service (manager) got lower than before. In the past all the service managers I worked with at Coleman were knowledgeable and efficient but very considerate and kind. I miss them.

The car was towed in 9/24/25 as I was stopped at a light and when tried to accelerate, car just died and check engine light came on. I was assured it was a battery issue and some leaking items. I drive an hour to work each day and I emphasized need to double and triple check the issue as the battery warning light never came on. I even researched issue myself and asked them to look at TCM module. I picked up car 10/2 and today, 10/4, I was stopped for gas with engine off. Tried turning car on, same exact thing, car won’t budge, check engine light came on again. So I paid $2300 on 10/2 and the issue was never addressed! You guys just decided to charge me $2300 for Nothing!! That is poor quality work and deceitful. I spoke with Reuben and I expect my car to be towed at your expense and be given a loaner on 10/6/25, Monday. Joann

Initial contact was with Will, Sales Mgr, he listen intently to my wife’s story as to what and why we were in the market for a new AT4. Being well over an hour away she stressed how we couldn’t just drive there without a firm bargain. After some discussion, Will gave us a firm and reasonable offer on both, our trade in Acadia Elevation 2025, as well as the new 2025 Acadia AT4. Sales Rep Amir was also friendly, knowledgeable about the products and accommodating. We took a test drive in the AT4 that we eventually decided on (there were two different colors we were in between). Once sale was in process Amir sat with us and shared some personal life’s story’s as well as continuously asking if we needed anything or perhaps see the service area or anything else. Once my wife and I meet with Claudia the Finance Specialist it was a swift and painless process, (my experiences with previous FI is drudging). She offered and explained the various warranty options and swiftly complied with our intentions. The entire process, from initial greetings through test ride, paperwork, and finance was a relatively short period of time in comparison to our previous experience. When I called Coleman GMC to schedule my appointment, my call was transferred from the front desk to a woman who sounded as though she was off-site. Unfortunately, she did not accurately translate my trouble descriptions into the appointment record. While the technician seemed to understand the main issues — the recurring SD card read errors and the rear parking sensor behavior — he chose an approach that felt illogical. Despite clear proof that two SDRAM cards had already failed with the same errors, the technician replaced the card a third time rather than address the underlying cause, which likely lies in the head unit or card reader hardware. It felt like the symptom was treated, not the root problem. The persistent creaking in the headliner and fixed rear moonroof glass was also not properly addressed, and the work order offers no detail about what was done or concluded during the road test. Finally, I received no clarity on why the rear parking sensors do not automatically disable when a hitch-mounted bike rack is installed. If the system truly cannot detect a rack and must trigger “Service Park Assist” messages, that seems like a design flaw — and I expected a better explanation from the service team. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations for a GMC Certified Service department, both in communication and in diagnostic depth. As customers for nearly 20 years, we can't help but watch the steady decline of this dealership, more prominently the service department. We use a private mechanic for all proactive maintenance and repair unless a concern involves interior trim, sensors, or electronics.

I started my lease in May 2025 and have been having an issue with the air pressure in one of the tires. Asked about it at my 1st oil change and they said they couldn't find any leaks. 2 weeks later and I was getting low air pressure warning again on that same tire. Brought the car right in so they could look at it. They were telling me that if it needed a new tire I would have to pay for it. I told them absolutely not since I have been having this issue since getting the car. They found a small leak on the inside of the back of the tire. They replaced with no charge. My brakes also make noise all the time. I know that the car was used as a lender before coming to me to lease. I will never get a lease like thos again. Too many issues for the amount of money I am paying.

want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had at the GMC dealership at the Quaker Bridge location. About two weeks ago on a Saturday, I arrived at the dealership around 5:04 PM. There were a few cars in the parking lot, but when I walked up to the door, it was locked. I then tried the main entrance and realized the dealership had officially closed at 5:00 PM. As I was looking through the windows at the inventory, I decided I would leave and come back on Monday. As I was walking away, a gentleman approached, opened the door, and asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I was looking for a new car, apologized for coming so late, and said I would return on Monday. That’s when Charles told me, “Absolutely not, come on in.” Charles, the General Sales Manager, spent the next 45 minutes with me while everyone else had already left for the day. The level of customer service was beyond exceptional, honestly a 1000%. He was pleasant, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. I arrived with the intention of possibly purchasing one vehicle and ended up buying two. Charles’ professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail are the exact reasons I told my wife that regardless of what car we liked, I was buying from this dealership. I am 52 years old, own my own business, and have purchased many vehicles over the years, some very high-end and others for my children. No matter how much money I’ve spent, nothing even comes close to the level of customer service I received from Charles. In fact, I’ve already used this experience as an example when speaking with my own sales team. It truly only takes a small extra effort to leave a lasting impression on a potential client, let alone a current one. When it came time to test drive and work with a salesperson, Charles introduced me to Ben, who was also absolutely amazing in every way. Between Charles and Ben, the level of service was far beyond expectation. The entire team at the Quaker Bridge location is truly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I never intended to buy two vehicles that day, but the experience was so exceptional that I wanted to give them additional business. That alone should say everything.

Got home and noticed the dealership mailer offering the same battery for 285 and free installation. The money grab just blows my mind.

I had an appointment for Saturday at 10am for an oil change. I dropped my car off on Friday. Did not here from dealership by 12 so i decided to call. The rep who answered the phone stated they could not locate my key nor had the work been done on my car. It took about 45 mins to an hour for them to locate my car and get the service completed. I received notice that 2 of my tires had no tread when that was false as i had all 4 tires replaced over the summer and visibly checked the tires myself. It felt like a rush job and did not have the usual care i receive when bringing my car in. This may have been because they were due to close at 2, but that is no excuse for the lack of detail, getting the service completed, and potentially losing my key.

Overall wait for the repairs on my car took way too long. Literally 2 weeks. Promised time on parts to arrive was originally 2/13-2/16. Dropped off the car on the 10th. I just received my car back on the 2/25 . Either way waiting two weeks at the $44 rate a day for a rental car would of cost me even more money & no discounts given on a job that costing nearly $5000.00. I think this was out of my advisors control. Definitely thinking twice moving forward on repairs at this location.

My appointment was for 10 am and didn't get the car back until after 2 pm. Why do I make an appointment if you don't keep a scheduled appointment. Also, I left my keys in the drop box since I left my car on Saturday, 3/14/26, in the parking lot at approximately 7:45 am. I called the Service Department at approximately 12:40 pm asking about the status of my car. They didn't even know my car was on the premises. I was told they checked the drop box prior to me leaving my car and therefore my car was not serviced. When I went to pick up my car the Service Department was closed and all I received was a receipt not the write-up of the service performed on my car. I would have expected to have at least my car to have been vacuumed out for inconvenience I experienced. I am totally dissatisfied with the Service I received. I will consider other dealerships for service on my vehicle in the future.

We would say one of the best maintenance customer service advisors since we have been dealing with your dealership over the last 40 +years. Our sales person mostly has been Frank Colazzo, over the years…who I am sure that you know is another valuable asset to your dealership. *secondly, the reason for my poor review is because of our 2019 Buick regal sportback 88000 +mi. had maintenance service only done at your dealership. We always had maintenance done as suggested and have all of the records. This last time, we had an oil change with some type of additive (as suggested). Shortly after, there was a slight bucking and the car felt like it was racing. We called for service and they said they couldn’t take us for another month. Ok..by the 10 day after the initial maintenance, we had the car towed in, (as we were afraid to drive it,) we waited 11 days for them to work on it. Rented a car for 1000 and then told there was a transmission issue..ok. 2500.. took it home on a Friday..same exact issue..brought it directly back that following Monday to be told that we need a whole new transmission for approximately an additional 9700. We were given a loaner which we truly appreciated . (apparently they didn’t know that we needed a whole new transmission the first time) **we really feel that the maintenance service that we had initially done caused the transmission issue. We never had an issue with the car prior to that particular maintenance. We then decided to buy a Cadillac from your dealership ( Frank Colazzo) They were only going to give us 1000 for our car and then decided to give us only the 2500 that we paid for our transmission service. ( again we appreciated). We are not sure that we will ever recommend buying a Buick and having it serviced ( out of warranty) at the dealership as this was not our first Buick that was “fixed” but not “fixed”. ( at your dealership) .the last one was our 2014 Buick regal with low mileage which was also always serviced at your dealership and they said I quote “ something that never goes wrong with a car went wrong” , and thank god it was still under warranty..when we took it home it had the same issue…smoked like it was going to start on fire..had it towed again, so we ended up buying our new 2019 Buick because we didn’t feel safe any longer with the 201504 Buick since the initial issue wasn’t fixed., so this is the second Buick (2019) bought from your dealership that was supposedly “fixed”. I did call GM to express our concerns and they said that we would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours but that call was never received. So we are responding to your survey. Hopefully we will have better luck with our new Cadillac. We have always bought our cars ( usually Buicks or Cadillacs) from your dealership along with our parents and siblings who also have bought their cars from your dealership.( on olden ave and on spruce st.) in addition to your current location. We don’t expect anything except to express our concerns. Thank you

Free oil change and tire rotation was great for my new Envision. I was a little concerned when they red flag an item, fuel additive, was needed. The reason it was needed for a new car on a first oil change was not fully explained. The explanation was not very good and picture on the web site was not clear. Was it a fuel filter, additive, a service or something for the oil system was not evident therefore I decided to research it. If it was an additive the price was extreme.
